This notice explains what information we handle when you use ThinkRight and the choices available to you.
Last updated: 31 October 2026
Who is responsible for your information?
ThinkRight operates this learning service. For privacy questions or requests, contact thinkright912@gmail.com.

- Account information: email address, username or name, account type, authentication details, and information received when you choose Google sign-in.
- Learning information: practice answers, scores, progress, class participation, and preferences needed to provide your student workspace.

How we use it
We use information to create and secure accounts; provide practice, classes, textbooks, and progress features; review teacher applications; verify payments and manage teacher payouts; respond to requests; prevent abuse; and meet legal or accounting obligations. We process information where needed to provide the service you request, to protect the service and its users, to meet legal obligations, or with your consent where consent is the appropriate basis.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers to operate ThinkRight, including Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage; Google when you choose Google sign-in or load Google Fonts; jsDelivr and Cloudflare CDN to deliver site assets; and Flutterwave for payment processing. These providers may receive connection information such as your IP address and browser details when providing their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or when needed to protect users, the service, or our legal rights. We do not sell personal information.
Providers may process information in countries outside Nigeria. Where applicable, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers. Flutterwave handles payment information under its own Privacy Notice.
Storage, security, and retention
ThinkRight uses account and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We use reasonable access controls for stored information, including private storage for teacher documents. No online service can promise that data transmission or storage is completely risk-free.
We keep information while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, protect the platform, and satisfy legal or accounting requirements. You may request account deletion; some records may need to be retained where the law requires it or to complete legitimate financial records.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to provide access to, correct, or delete personal information, or ask us to restrict or stop particular processing where applicable. You can withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; this does not affect processing already carried out. Some information is needed to provide account features, and removing it may affect your access. These rights are subject to applicable law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
Send a request to thinkright912@gmail.com. You may also contact the Nigeria Data Protection Commission about your data protection rights.
Young users
If you are under 18, please use ThinkRight with a parent or guardian’s knowledge and involvement. A parent or guardian should review these terms with you and provide any consent required by applicable law. They may contact us about a young user’s information.
Updates
We may update this notice as the service changes. We will post the current version here and update the date above. If a change requires fresh consent, we will ask for it.
