Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of ThinkRight’s student and teacher learning services.

1. Creating an account

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us if you believe someone has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to review these terms with you and provide any consent required by applicable law.

2. Using ThinkRight

You may use ThinkRight for personal study, exam preparation, and the teaching activities available to an approved teacher. Do not misuse the service, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, or copy, resell, or redistribute content without permission.

Practice questions, scores, study resources, and learning tools support preparation. They do not guarantee admission, examination results, or a particular score. ThinkRight is an independent learning service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by JAMB.

3. Classes and payments

Class prices are shown before checkout. A paid class enrollment is for one teacher and one subject, and provides access to that teacher’s published classes for that subject as described in the product. Payment is processed by Flutterwave. ThinkRight records the order and payment status so it can confirm enrollment and resolve payment issues.

Do not repeat payment if checkout is still being confirmed. Contact ThinkRight support with your payment reference if a payment is debited but access is not confirmed. Refunds and payment disputes are handled under applicable law and the relevant payment provider’s processes.

4. Teacher accounts

Applying to teach does not guarantee approval. We may review the information and documents submitted, request clarification, approve or decline an application, and limit workspace access while an application is pending. Approved teachers must provide accurate information, respect student privacy, and follow the class and content rules shown in the teacher workspace.

Any teacher revenue share and payout conditions are those presented in the current teacher program and workspace. Payments to teachers depend on verified transactions, applicable checks, and accurate payout details.

5. Content and intellectual property

ThinkRight and its licensors retain rights in the service and ThinkRight-created content. Books, textbooks, lessons, and other third-party resources remain the property of their respective rights holders. Access to a resource does not transfer ownership or grant permission to share or republish it. Upload or share only materials you own or are authorized to use.

You retain rights in material you submit, while allowing ThinkRight to host and display it as needed to operate the feature for which you submitted it. Do not submit confidential student information in public class posts.

6. Availability and account action

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or improve the service. We may restrict or suspend an account for serious or repeated misuse, security risks, or legal reasons. You may stop using ThinkRight and request account deletion by contacting support. These terms do not remove any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Third-party services and links

Some features rely on third-party services such as Google sign-in, Supabase, and Flutterwave. Those services may have separate terms and privacy notices. ThinkRight is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as ThinkRight changes. The latest version and its effective date will appear on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms where acceptance is permitted by law; when fresh agreement is required, we will ask you to accept it.
